A trade show model not only needs to look it's best but also must withstand the handling of thousands of attendees touching and tinkering. This was the problem facing a hands on device that Honeywell introduced to the public at a trade show.

Excell ran SLA masters and cast several units in a durable urethane. The parts were sanded smooth in preparation for detailed painting in our in-house paint facility. A two- tone pearlized lacquer paint was applied with graphics followed by a clear-coat to add to the durability. The units were then assembled with all the electronics and were shown as fully functional devices.
